We’ve just found THREE OF THEM!
To highlight these three great wines, Norbertson Vintners is releasing them as our new Rubáiyát Series. And now we are offering them as a mixed dozen so you can try each of them without having to buy 3 dozen bottles.
First, an absolutely fantastic Central Victorian 2007 Reserve Shiraz from renowned winemaker, David Traeger. This silky-smooth stunner has considerable bottle age and is drinking beautifully now, with several years of cellaring still up its sleeve.
Next, a 2019 Limestone Coast Shiraz (the Limestone Coast takes in the Coonawarra, Padthaway, Wrattonbully, Mt Benson, Robe and Mt Gambier). Although still young, this sensational, perfectly balanced Shiraz is already drinking well and has the potential for cellaring for many years. Enjoy the velvety tannins and toasty oak.
Lastly, we have a 2019 South Australian Shiraz Cabernet from vineyards in the Limestone Coast and Langhorne Creek. Again, still a young wine but ready for drinking now, this medley of Shiraz and Cabernet is blended to show off the best of both varieties — delightful spice, with cassis, mocha and liquorice.
