Villages Heathcote Grenache Rosé 2017 — case of 6
“If you love pale pink, gentle, reserved rosé, you will love this wine … clean, pure and fresh, with just the right level of creaminess and gentle fruit. I adore its restraint and quiet confidence. Perfect for any occasion.”

Fermented and matured in old oak. The palest of salmon in colour. Strikingly spicy, effectively into ferrous territory, with rusty spice, campfire and red cherry flavours running dryly through the palate. It remains floral and perfumed in the face of a fierce spice assault. Quite the experience.

Pale salmon in colour. Bright, perfumed, creamy, wild herb. Textural, soft, fine, morello cherry, utterly delicious. Stunning Grenache vintage. Cool and mild season with timely rain. Ripened later than normal with good flavour and gentle acidity.
Sourced from Willoughby Bridge, Humus, Heathcote Ridge vineyards in northern Heathcote.
Made for immediate enjoyment over the next 18 months.
